You have planned this vacation, and you are ready to go, but need to find somebody trustworthy who will care for your home and animals while you are gone.  

I am a wife and mother, I have pets, and a pool. I understand the stress involved while looking for somebody to care for the house and animals while the family is away.  I provide services that I want and expect when I hire a house-sitter.  I welcome Ring and other Camera-enabled doorbells, and 'nanny cams.' I will provide daily updates via text, and will notify you ASAP if I find a concern.  My goal is for you to return home from your vacation to find your home looking and smelling as good (or better!) than you left it.

I will come to the house three times a day to walk your dog, check food and water, and play with your dog.  I can administer any medication needed, and even provide special care for geriatric dogs who move a little slower than they once did. 

I will come to the house twice a day (morning and evening) to feed and water your cat(s).  I can administer medication to your cat, and will scoop the litterbox.  

As a homeowner, I am listening for running water, checking HVAC, bringing in mail and other packages.  I will take out your garbage cans in the evening and bring them up in the morning. I can care for a pool, checking chemical balance and volume in your absence.  I can provide light housekeeping while you are gone, ensuring you return to swept floors, cleaned counter and table tops.  Rates begin at $20 per day for 2 visits per day, up to $45 per day for 4 visits daily.
